For the first time, Factor Bikes offered discounts on select luxury models, necessitating significant buzz. Our contributions included seamlessly integrating Shopify with HubSpot to ensure accurate data synchronization and enabling custom quotes through specialized workflows and automation, leveraging a third-party app. These initiatives were part of a broader ecommerce sales strategy that also encompassed an extensive email marketing campaign.

With over 30+ emails designed, our efforts bore fruit, culminating in sales surpassing $1 million AUD during November and December, alongside increase in website traffic.
